Accommodation
We offer a limited range of accommodations at varying rates on our university campus. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request your accommodation needs via hospitality@aua.ac.ke and researchconference@aua.ac.ke
Airport Pick-up
Participants who need assistance with airport drop-off and pick-up should send a copy of their travel itinerary to hospitality@aua.ac.ke and researchconference@aua.ac.ke one week before their travel date. The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) is about 33 km from AUA’s Campus, which is located on the outskirts of Nairobi.
Visa Information
All visitors are required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorisation (eTA) before entering Kenya. For more information, visit the Visa Information webpage.
Please note that travelers to Kenya may be required to show proof of Yellow Fever vaccination. We strongly encourage all participants to handle their visa arrangements as early as possible to ensure a smooth entry into Kenya.
If you need an invitation letter, we advise you to request a Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to assist with the visa process at .researchconference@aua.ac.ke. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered participants who have paid the registration fee.
