All conference participants must pay the conference registration fee.
- Participants (Attendees/Presenters) US$ 100 per participant
- Students** US$ 50 per participant
- Early Bird Registration (ends June 30) US$ 80 per participant
- Group Discounts (five participants from the same organization) US$ 80 per participant
**A copy of a valid Student Photo ID is required
- Each participant is required to pay the registration fee to finalize their registration.
- For each paper/poster, at least one author must attend and pay the registration fee.
Conference sessions may be recorded, streamed, or photographed. By registering, you permit AUA to use these recordings and/or photographs for promotional and educational purposes.
